We ensure that you will be pleased with your purchases from Cardiacare. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.
Returns must be in whole and original packing as supplied by Cardiacare (the company), and will be accepted only with the prior written permission of the company. In the event that the customer wishes to return their purchase, notification must be received no later than 7 days from the date of delivery. Returned goods must be accompanied by a Returns note which will include the name and address of the customer. Goods will not be accepted for return if they have been re-labelled in any way - they must be in original condition. No goods are supplied on a sale or return basis unless previously negotiated and agreed by the company. Goods returned are the sender's responsibility and we advise that acertificate of postage and adequate insurance is sought. The company accepts no responsibility for returned goods lost in transit.
In the event of the non-arrival of goods, customers must inform the company within 7 days from the date of invoice, otherwise no claim can be considered.
A full refund will be made for goods returned using the original payment method.
